Do you charge a travel fee to Springfield?
No. Springfield is within our regular service area, so you pay the same rates as Winnipeg customers.
Do you service homes on private wells and septic systems?
Yes. We service well pumps, pressure tanks, water softeners and hot water tanks for acreages and farms across Springfield, and we clear drain lines on septic systems. (Septic tank pumping is handled by a septic hauler.)
How often should I test my sump pump?
Test it at least twice a year, and always before the spring melt. Pour a bucket of water into the pit and make sure the pump kicks on and drains the water outside. If your pump is more than 7–10 years old, consider replacing it before it fails.
